RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

All sales are final. No Returns will be accepted.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if you have any problems or feedback, email us at: here. Only under special circumstances will Returns possibly be accepted.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, you must report this to Bear Box Boutique within 3 days of delivery (including weekends). Email us here. No returns or exchanges will be honored for mystery boxes sent. You must first obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping an item to Bear Box Boutique.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive the item back we will send you a store credit.
You must contact us within 3 days (including weekends) of receiving your purchase. We have two ways:

① you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $6.99 shipping fee that you can pay via debit/credit card. Please keep in mind that the shipping fee is non-refundable and is not eligible for a pre-paid shipping label.
② You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on your purchase. Digital Products are NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sale items cannot be refunded. However, if you have any problems or feedback, email us at support@BearBoxBoutique.com

Returns and/or exchanges do not apply to digital content, especially when it’s been purchased and accessed. For this reason, our digital books, planners, courses, and course bundles are not eligible for return.

Returns and/or exchanges do not apply to custom jewelry, book covers, clothing, accessories, and any custom-made or personalized items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the Bear Box Boutique address on your receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will be in the form of a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
